• Any event booked that will not be able to go ahead due to a National or localised Covid-19 lockdown, can opt for a full refund or the option to reschedule the event. A positive covid test by the client only (with full proof) will have the option to reschedule the date.
  • All Northeast Hog Roast bookings to be secured by a £75 non-refundable deposit . With the remaining balance payable 14 working days before the function.
  • The final balance of the cost of your booking, is due no later than 14 working days prior to the function date. If we do not receive all payments in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you, in which case the cancellation charges set out are 100% of the total booking cost
  • All payments must be cleared by the function day. Northeast Hog Roast cannot accept uncleared cheques.   It is the clients duty to inform us how the final balance will be paid. If we are not informed of final payment, we will be within our rights to cancel the function, according to the timescale above.
  • Any amendments to the hog roast booking must be made in writing four weeks before the function.  Cancellations made six weeks before the function date will incur the 100% fee.
  • A late payment fee of £40 will be levied to any outstanding monies .Northeast Hog Roast understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
  • If guest numbers are to reduce, Northeast Hog Roast will discount the cost by up to 10% of the head count originally quoted for, this must be brought to our attention at least 8 weeks prior to the function in writing. This is purely for any extras/ sides ordered, i.e. salads / puddings / Chips. The cost of the hog roast will remain the same and no reduction will be applied. Functions where the guest count has reduced less than 4 weeks prior to the function will incur the full costs. An administration fee of £25 will be applied to any of the above changes. Please note that Northeast Hog Roast are holding the date booked exclusively for you and in the interim, May have turned down other functions for this exclusivity.
  • Northeast Hog Roast shall make all reasonable efforts to perform our obligations under contract but will not be held liable for any failure or delay to perform any part of the contact resulting in factors outside of our control.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any adverse weather conditions resulting in non-fulfilment of a contract.
  •  All Northeast Hog Roast quotations are valid for 14 days. Quotations can and may be subject to change.
  • If the event is reliant on the client selling tickets, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the numbers are met. Northeast Hog Roast will not reduce the numbers which have originally been quoted for.
  • A parking space is required at the function. With ease of access to the cooking area. All parking permits/fees are to be met by the client.
  • A outdoor space of 4meters x 4meters is Required for the setup of the hog roast cooker and serving area.
  • The access to /from the cooking area must be free of any obstruction to ensure the safety of our staff.
  • Whilst we have trays to catch the hog roast fat, spillages of fat can and may occur. For this reason positioning of the hog roast / bbq is the clients’ responsibility and we will not be held responsible for any spillages.
  • Hog roast Machine hire provided on a self-carve basis (without a chef) must be supervised at all times. All machines booked on DIY hire/Self carve are to be cleaned on collection.  if the hogroast machine is not clean on return a charge of £75.00 will be made for the cleaning of the machine.
  • The Hog roast will have a two hour maximum serving window.
  • If the function location is inside and you request Northeast Hog Roast to serve the food indoors this must be outlined to us before booking and the function location must be on the ground floor with no stairs or narrow openings.
  • If the hog roast is to be served indoors at night, adequate lighting is required at the hog roast area, and also to and from loading.
  • A gazebo will be provided by Northeast Hog Roast in the event of bad weather, this is for the chef’s use whilst carving.
  • All salads/breads provided by Northeast Hog Roast are served buffet style unless waiting staff are booked.
  • All deposits/bookings taken with Northeast Hog Roast confirm that you have agreed to the above terms
  • Northeast Hog Roast can cater for many different dietary requirements however, it is the client’s responsibility to alert us  to allergies, prior to the event, so we can adjust the menu accordingly and highlight menu items containing said allergens where required. No responsibility can be taken for any allergic reactions suffered where the client has not advised of a risk.

    Northeast Hog Roast
